FINDING THAT WHICH DOES NOT COME-AND-GO

“Our deepest human longing is for BE-longing; for belonging to our true selves, for belonging to all others… belonging to the whole universe… and belonging to that unfathomable mystery…” 1
Brother David Steindl-Rast

Have you ever noticed that your consciousness doesn’t come-and-go? Your awareness (which is cognizing what’s happening in consciousness) does come-and-go, however, since it is born of the relative field. Consciousness is beyond the relative field of experience and is the ground of being or the substratum of all experience. It’s like this quote in a previous blog:

Like water is to the fish at the bottom of an ocean, we are immersed in an ocean of love, bliss and consciousness but are never really fully appreciative of it because of its constancy and ubiquitousness. 2
Russell Symonds (Yogi Shaktivirya),

The deepest human longing described in Brother David’s quote is for the true reality, the true nature of our existence. The truth is that we not only belong to the whole universe, we ARE the whole universe. As we saw in our previous blog (April 10, 2016), we all are but fractals (a part) of the One consciousness yet a complete oneness unto ourselves that “ contains all the information of the universe.” And Russell Symonds’ quote above possibly explains WHY we aren’t “fully appreciative of it”, which could explain the “coming and going” of our awareness.

Another way of looking at WHY our awareness comes and goes is described by Donald Hoffman in an interview with Quanta Magazine:

Evolution has shaped us with perceptions that allow us to survive. They guide adaptive behaviors. But part of that involves hiding from us the stuff we don’t need to know. And that’s pretty much all of reality, whatever reality might be. If you had to spend all that time figuring it out, the tiger would eat you. 3

Therefore, it would be helpful to become aware of our adaptive behaviors and accept and include them. The time-honored technique for increasing awareness is through meditation. The Synchronicity sonic technology developed by Master Charles accelerates the expansion process four-fold with its precision (as demonstrated in the flagship, in-home Recognitions Program). Awareness of energies from dense to subtle increase over time with deeper and deeper frequencies in the soundtracks when progressing through the phases of The Recognitions and Core Dynamics Programs. (Core Dynamics is the advanced version of Recognitions).

If you’re familiar with classical systems of chakras, you can understand the process as clearing blocks of energy from the first root/base chakra (Muladhara) whose color has been designated as red by ancient seers and sages. Progressing in subtlety to the crown chakra (named the Sahasrara, with the color violet), you will notice that these 7 chakra colors are also the colors of a rainbow, the colors refracted from light through a crystal prism. Crystal light and color therapy are time-honored alternative techniques which can be effective in meditators with subtle-dimensional awareness.

At the Synchronicity Sanctuary, we have a new protocol called “ Crystal Bed Therapy” which uses crystals and pulsating light with colors pointed at the various energy centers (chakras) while lying down. The system came from the “ John of God” sanctuary in Brazil and is effective for assisting in clearing subtle energy blocks. The additional use of Synchronicity High-Tech Meditation® soundtracks enhances the effectiveness of the frequencies of the pulsating crystals and a profound sense of wholeness and well-being follows.

Here is a visual of the chakras and their colors:

The meditative process is effective for the subjective polarity of the individual and, of course, the objective polarity as well. If the meditator maintains wakefulness (as developed in their meditation), then they continue their openness to oneness, the openness to inclusion of all and everything. In practice, this looks like an honoring of life, the sacred oneness of life we all share.

Heart Shaped Earth

The principle of inclusion was revealed in ancient times as a holistic lifestyle that enhances awareness of oneness. Master Charles Cannon tells the story 4 about its origination:

About 10,000 years ago, a human being (a farmer), had a lot of chores every day that kept him busy. At the same time, he went to his local church or temple, and the pundits there told him “ you’ve got to focus on the empty spaces, get out of the busy-ness, get into the stillness and silence in the interior formless aspect of the divine.” Of course, try as he might, it didn’t work for him because he was so busy with all these chores.

One of his favorite chores was milking his cow every morning. Every morning, at 5 o’clock, just him and that cow. It was just a beautiful experience for him. So he had this confusion. “ To me, this is divine, me and my cow in this moment is perfect, and they’re telling me I have to go sit and throw the cow out of my mind and be alone and blah, blah. It makes no sense to me.”

It was at that moment that the Divine Mother appeared to him. She said, “ Don’t you get it?” He said, “ No, I don’t. I’m confused.” She said: “ it’s really very simple. It’s the principle of inclusion. Instead of excluding—getting rid of the cow, getting rid of everything and being absolute nothingness in your being — rather include everything that is happening, all your busy-ness, all your chores, everything that’s happening, you and that cow in that moment. Include it as the consciousness that it is. Then what happens? You’ve multiplied and magnified it all. You will be more than you have ever been.”

As renowned mystic Baba Muktananda Paramahansa always said, “ See God in each other!” It’s a simple matter of inclusion, the truth of the Divine Feminine archetype, of which all manifestation is a part. Honoring the sacredness of all life is taught by all true mystics and sages.

IN SUMMARY, a quote by Master Charles5:

“So I say the same to you. Include it all. Don’t try to change your busy-ness. Don’t try to change that expression that you obviously enjoy. Simply open your awareness to include it all. Keep reminding yourself, this is all just the manifestations, the happenings of consciousness. I am consciousness, it’s all consciousness, consciousness within consciousness within consciousness within consciousness. Practice inclusion as your focus.”
