“Go into yourself and see how deep the place is from which your life flows.”
~Rainer Maria Rilke
The objective polarity is the default dominant within the relative reality that governs all experience. This means that we are consistently focused outside of ourselves on all the objects that we encounter. Such dominant objective focus creates imbalance and fragmentation in our consciousness. As a result we forfeit our wholeness and fulfillment.
In truth, we cannot have one polarity without the other. The objective is always in relation to the subjective. One polarity can dominate yet not eliminate its opposite. Emphasis of the non-dominant polarity creates balance which results in wholeness and life-fulfillment.
Increasing our subjective focus to the interior of our being is essential to balance the objective world that surrounds us. The resultant expansion of holisticawareness shifts our perception of reality and allows the inclusion of all life as one diversified unity.
This week, since the foremost balancing technique is meditation, let us increase our meditative focus. Take a few minutes several times a day and simply focus on the subjective interior of your being. In this way, you will increase balance and proportional holistic fulfillment.
