How can you regard yourself as subject and other beings as objects… when you know that all are one?

“How can you regard yourself as subject and other beings as objects… when you know that all are one?”
       ~The Upanishads

The most time-honored truth is that there is only one. Whether we call it life… or consciousness… or source… all and everything in essence is the same one. Such is the nature of true reality./p>

Within the relative construct that governs all experience… subject and object are in essence the same one. To separate the two and make them different from one another… is to invest in illusion. It is creating a fantasy and believing it to be real. Yet just because we believe in a fantasy… does not make it true. A little meditative exploration will efficiently dissolve the illusion and reveal the truth that there is only one.

This week… let us endeavor to focus our awareness in meditation on this time-honored truth of the oneness of all and everything. Always remember… all subjects and all objects are in essence the same one… because in truth… there is only one. Such is the nature of true reality.
