“I know what I have given you. I do not know what you have received.”
The greatest delusion is to think that you understand another human being. Such is but the ultimate in egocentric arrogance. If we can barely understand ourselves… how is it remotely possible to understand another? The perpetuation of such illusion is but a feeble attempt at control that we might be safe and secure within our illusory and limited experience of life.
Rather we should be wakefully focused within ourselves and maintain mental clarity and truthful expression. We should be truthful with ourselves and likewise truthful with all others. If we are holistically aware and anchored in the experience of blissful consciousness… that is all we can truthfully share. However… we cannot assume that the other experiences exactly what we are sharing. They are entitled to their experience… just as we are entitled to our experience… and all experience is valid. Has it not been aptly said… live and let live.
This week… let us cultivate wakefulness in this regard. Remain focused in holistic truth and share the experience as appropriate. Yet... do not assume that you know what the other is experiencing. Rather… allow them to be the way they are… just as you allow yourself to be the way you are. In this way… you move beyond egoic confusion… and more fully enjoy the experience of blissful consciousness.
