Perhaps it is more truthful to say that often rather than only in solitude do we find ourselves. In either case… why is this so?
To find oneself is to experience the truth of who we are and what life is all about. It is the experience of wholeness versus fragmentation. Since wholeness is proportional to balance within the relative field that governs all experience… an emphasis on the subjective polarity of stillness via solitude can assist with the creation of requisite balance. It is as simple as saying that we are too noisy and imbalanced… and that solitude and stillness lead to balance and resultant wholeness.
This week… if you want to more fully experience the truth of who you are and what life is… why not bring greater emphasis to solitude and subjective stillness? It’s as easy and being quiet for a while and letting your stillness dominate your noise. The holistic experience that results… will of course delight you.
