You are here and it is now, so first forgive you're history and reframe your understanding from illusion to truth. All that you have experienced is appropriate to the evolutionary intention of the consciousness that you are.
Remember it's primary intention is to fully be itself through the experience of itself. So forgive your history and your stories about it … your stories about yourself, your illusory stories, your limiting stories, your fraudulent stories and just be here, now in integrity and truth. For the next 24 hours, until our next session, maintain your focus awareness on forgiving yourself, accepting yourself, loving yourself in terms of the loving blissful consciousness that you are.
Relentlessly maintain this focus. If you encounter blocks and illusions and limiting data, relinquish it through wakefulness. Wakefulness is required—wakefulness of the truth of who you are and what life is as one blissful, loving consciousness. There are a few primary issues that I want you to focus upon in this process of self-forgiveness. The first one is guilt. Guilt is the experience that you have done something bad or wrong. Next, I want you to focus on shame. Shame is the experience that who you are is bad or wrong.
There is something flawed in you. The third one is neglect, the experience that you are unlovable. The final one is perfectionism—that you fall short of your goals, that there is some obstacle or blockage that you cannot be all that you wish you were. So look at these primary issues as you explore the process of self- forgiveness , and let's see what you encounter.
