“Simplicity is making the journey of this life with just baggage enough.”
Charles Dudley Warner
It could be said that the mind and its database is our baggage as we journey life experience. The more beliefs, definitions and stories we have… the more cumbersome is the journey. This is easy to understand because the mind limits and distorts our experience of true reality as but one blissful consciousness.
Simplification of the mind has been taught by all great mystics and masters. We are advised to reduce our data to the holistic model of reality and the basic mechanics of consciousness. Bottom-line… there is only one blissful consciousness and such holistic experience is proportional to balance within the relative field that governs all experience. And the primary technique of balance is meditation. From a mystical perspective… nothing else is required.
This week… why not simplify your database? Take the advice of great mystics and masters and endeavor to increase balance through meditation. Keep the mind simple and observe the proportional expansion of holistic awareness that results. Get to the bottom-line experience of true reality as but one blissful consciousness within each moment of its happening. Indeed… nothing else is truly required.
