To the one who endures that the final victory comes

Written by Master Charles Cannon

“Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines, but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes.”
     ~ Buddha

Most people are focus-challenged. To maintain one-pointed focus is the mark of evolution in individuated consciousness. One-pointed focus in duration is endurance and since form follows intention… the result is easily understood.

Nowhere is this more readily apparent than is the practice of meditation. If one is focus-challenged… the practice is irregular and the experience fragmented. If one is one-pointed in focus… the practice is regular and the experience is evermore holistic. It could be said that endurance in the practice of meditation… delivers the ultimate victory… the consistency of holistic experience.

This week… review your meditation practice in terms of focus and endurance. Observe exactly where your feet are in this regard… then adjust to increase focus, regularity and endurance. The holistic result will be readily actualized.
