Synchronicity associates who order our high-tech products now have 90 days from their purchase date to receive free tech support. After the 90 days expire, Premium Tech Support is available at $25 per incident. This means we will work with you until a particular problem is resolved,* which may require just one or perhaps multiple phone calls.
Circle of One participants receive support as part of their subscription service. If your Circle membership is active, you can receive ongoing support for your Circle of One services at no extra charge.
Recognitions participants also receive free tech-support with their Recognitions program as long as they are within 6 months of the date they purchased a particular phase.
